The selected firm or firms will assist the Town in planning, designing, and managing construction of street, utility, trail and other municipal infrastructure projects on as-needed basis. The initial term for services shall be January 31, 2024 through December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for three (3) successive one-year periods upon mutual agreement by the Town and the Service Provider.
