Reference Number 0000322132 The City of East Point, Georgia (City) is requesting Request for Qualifications from experienced and qualified proposers to provide construction and/or maintenance services for the Public Works On-Call Services Contract. The On-Call Services Contract will be a part of a three (3) year multiyear on-call service. The maximum amount of annual award is to not exceed $1,250,000. General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required - Safety Standards Plan Requirement for bid security: Bid security shall be required for all competitive sealed bidding for contracts for supplies and services when the price is estimated by the purchasing agent to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00). Bid security shall be a bond provided by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Georgia, or the equivalent in cash, cashier's check or certified check. Nothing herein prevents the requirement of such bonds on contracts for supplies and services under one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) when it is determined by the City that the circumstances warrant such requirement.
