As of August 2, 2023 the project is awarded to B&W Co., awarded amount is $352,259.90. The amount of the engineer's estimate of the cost of said improvements (exclusive of engineering, fiscal, legal, interest, and miscellaneous costs) is $455,000.00. The improvements to be bid upon as outlined within these specifications and as detailed on the plans are being installed for Sarpy County Sanitary and Improvement District 359 located in the vicinity of 192 nd Street and Highway 370 within Gretna Landing. The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the construction of a system of paved public sidewalks of varying width with Portland Cement Concrete with a thickness of four inches and six inches and associated handicap curb ramps, together with necessary grading and other work that is incidental and necessary for a completed.
