This Federally-funded project provides for the renovation and improvements to four public restrooms (two on the 1st and two on the 2nd floor) at the Public Health Building located at 1845 North Fair Oaks Ave. The scope of work is to reconfigure the existing restroom to meet current ADA accessibility codes and standards, while providing updated finishes and fixtures. Electronic Bid bond is required. Bidders must provide all required information for the City to verify the bond with their bid. The bond must meet the following requirements and characteristics: Bid security in the amount of five-percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond, meeting City requirements, must accompany all bids. The project is Federally funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) dollars. The project is scheduled to be completed in two (2) phases. One floor at a time.
