Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The intent of this project is to install approximately 3,650 feet of 16" DR18 PVC/20" DR11 HDPE FM and 2,870 feet of 20" DR25 PVC/24" DR11 HDPE RM via open cut and approximately 580 feet and 480 feet of 20" DR11 HDPE FM under IGP and SR16 and 480 feet of 24" DR11 HDPE RWM under SR16 installed via horizontal directional drill (HDD) that extends along the 30' western edge of the CR2209 right of way. Each of these utilities will be connected to similar service mains on the terminal ends of the pipe. The Scope includes (de)mobilization, MOT, demolition, all pipe, fitting, and valve installation, restoration work, pipe pigging, pressure testing, permits, and erosion control measures. Bid Bond 5% Project Estimated Budget $2,000,000.00 Bidders and sub-contractors are encouraged to visit the Project Site prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the site conditions. Attendees are requested not to park in designated Customer Service parking spots.
