Demolition and disposal of existing membrane roofing, insulation and coverboard and select abandoned roof curbs. Patch and repair roof deck. Installation of new insulation (flat and tapered), KEE membrane roofing, fall protection railing and metal flashings and coping. Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents or furnish the required 100% Contract Performance and Payment Bond within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. Removal and replacement of flashings, copings, and accessories as required to accommodate full roof replacement. Addition of roof mounted access stairs and guardrail system.
