Renovation of a military facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work includes renovations to the existing building 250, completed in 2011 on the Dam Neck Annex. The focus of this project is the reorganization of the main second-floor entrance, office renovations, and repurpose of an existing shower room into a breakroom. No modifications to the exterior of the building, AT/FP requirements, or changes to existing functions are anticipated. The of this work includes design for new walls to create the secure boundary with required STC ratings, revision to electrical, telecom, fire protection, and mechanical systems to accommodate new work, new finishes, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), and Audio Visual (A/V) equipment. In the Commander's suite an existing shower room will be renovated and converted into a breakroom and incidental related work. ONLY CONTRACTORS IN GROUP ID: ML-C00075 CAN BID ON THIS PROJECT. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PPIs must be submitted in writing on the attached Pre-Proposal Inquiry Form (ATTACHMENT F) to Jessica Grosso at jessica.m.grosso.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 01 August 2023 at 14:00 PM EST of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
