Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Smyrna, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and water / sewer project.
Project was tabled by the City indefinitely. As of 11/28/23 project has still not been formally awarded at this time. Reference Number 0000325184 *The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a new parking garage structure. The design includes utility relocation and stormwater infrastructure, reinforced concrete foundations, precast concrete structural components, EV parking accommodations and programming of the proposed parking garage for future vertical expansion of two additional elevated levels including an elevator.
