Project No:23216, 39085 The City of Smyrna is requesting sealed proposals for the River Line Park Splash Pad and Entry Building. The scope of work includes construction of a new, approximately 4,000 SF splash pad and 1,317 SF restroom/concession building, and additional site improvements located at 6043 Oakdale Road, Smyrna, Georgia. Question Deadline 11/29/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions or requests for additional information must reference RFP 25-015 River Line Park Splash Pad and Entry Building and must be submitted in writing to kbrown@smyrnaga.gov Addenda will be posted on online. After the RFP is issued, no contact will be permitted between bidders and any other City staff members or elected officials, except through the Purchasing Manager.
