Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for construction of Phase 1 campground redevelopment, including demolition of the existing campground loop; sanitary sewage lift station modifications; construction of buried water, sewer, storm, and electric utilities; grading; construction of an asphalt perimeter loop road; concrete RV parking pads; concrete and gravel camper high use and tent pads; campsite utility connections; installation of campsite tables and fire rings; concrete walking paths; planting of new trees; as well as site restoration and revegetation.. Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Dmitry Tepo at dmitry.tepo@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is July 7, 2023. BID BOND: A bid bond is required for all competitive sealed bids when the price exceeds $50,000. A bid guarantee in an amount not less than five percent (5%). PERFORMANCE BOND, LABOR AND MATERIAL BOND, MAINTENANCE BOND: The successful bidder shall furnish a bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price for performance and for material and labor payment when bid is equal to or exceeds $150,000.
