Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Crofoot Park Improvements Project scope of work includes renovation of an existing 2-acre park including the demolition and removal of existing site features and furnishings including, but not limited to, concrete and various site paving and trees/shrubs. Once demolition is completed, the improvements as shown on the plans will include, but not be limited to, dog park amenities, community kiosk, historic plaque and signage mounting, site furnishings, paving and walkways, grading, irrigation and new planting areas for trees and shrubs. The artwork for the fencing panels will be provided by a District contracted muralist and the District shall provide historic plaque and dog park signage. Please see the plans and technical specifications for the additional information regarding the project scope. District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedure. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certificate of Deposit, Certified or Cashier's Check, Bidder's Bond or Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Grand Total Bid Price.
