Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,500-space parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
As of November 8, 2024, this project is under construction and is expected to be completed in Fall 2026. New 5,500 space parking garage east of Terminal B, on the site of the recently closed Hourly Lot. The state-of-the-art parking garage will include a passenger guidance system for parking, reserved parking, electric vehicle charging and desirable close-in, covered parking. This will go before the BOS on April 9th as a timed item. Project Budget/Maximum Acceptance Cost: The budget and the Maximum Acceptance Cost (MAC) for this Project includes all costs related to completing the Project and has been established by the County as $265,000,000.
