Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, materials, cleaning supplies, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide janitorial service, weekly, monthly, and annually for Caltrans, District 07 Maintenance Facilities in Los Angeles County. This solicitation is authorized pursuant to Government Code Section 14838.5, which provides for the award of contracts for the acquisition of goods, services, or information technology that has an estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but less than $250,000.00, a certified SB, including a Micro Business, or a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise.
