Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) on an on-call, as needed basis all labor, trash bins, equipment, materials, travel, and pay all costs, fees, and taxes necessary to provide trash collection, hauling, and appropriate disposal services at three (3) Caltrans Maintenance Stations in Los Angeles County. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the States twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB) are encouraged to submit bids.
