Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to The signalization of the intersection of Razorback Road and 15th Street. Approximately 400 linear feet of road widening on 15th Street. Curb & Gutter and sidewalk construction. Drainage Improvements. Signage and Pavement Markings. Retaining wall construction. Any use of a third-party dumpster or roll off container shall be procured from the City of Fayetteville Recycling and Trash Collection Division. Use of a Non-City dumpster or roll off container is not allowed The City of Fayetteville is accepting sealed bids from properly licensed firms for the construction of the intersection improvements to 15th Street and Razorback Road in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This includes, but is not limited to, the signalization of the intersection, road widening, curb & gutter and sidewalk installation, drainage improvements, signage and pavement markings, and retaining wall construction.
