The State of Utah has a generational opportunity to create a global crossroads of technology and innovation at the 608 acres of state owned property governed by the Point of the Mountain State Land Authority (POMSLA). This project, known as The Point, is among the premiere development opportunities in the nation. The Point will be a mixed-use community driven by innovation and create an economic catalyst that is grounded in the unique character of its place. It will be home to approximately 15,000 residents and host approximately 30,000 employees. POMSLA is seeking a consultant or a team of consultants to prepare a Public Art Master Plan to guide the implementation of the authority's public art program, in alignment with the vision and goals of the Utah community and the key stakeholders involved in the development of the community. The Public Art Master Plan should bring unique charageter to The Point, attract and inspire residents and visitors, and advance the goals outlined in the project plan.
