Transition Parkway (formerly Future Road Through City Industrial Property) This project will construct a new street, Transition Parkway, south of Conser Road to serve as a new route from Woods Road to Old Salem Road. The project will route pass-through and industrial traffic away from existing residences on the north side of Conser Road. It will also serve as access for industrial property to the south. This project also includes a water main and linear park/multiuse path. Costs for these portions of the project are included in the Parks and Water Funds. This project is included in the Capital Improvement Program FY2024-2028 for the City of Millersburg. As of July 29, 2024, per owner, design team has been identified. Design and bidding are complete. Bid award is scheduled for July 30, 2024. They anticipate construction start in September 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
