Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lake Worth, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Please submit RFls to comest@whartonsmith.com proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the BS Modified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing Project of Coral Reef Elementary School located at 6151 Hagen Ranch Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33467. The project entails new built-up roofing for buildings 1, 2 and3 (approximately 133,000 SF). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement or adding of modified bitumen roofing material, sheet metal coping, flashings, curbs, expansion joint covers, scuppers, overflow scuppers, downspouts, sealants, and waterproofing material where required, walk pads, vent stacks, ship ladders, aluminum safety railing, and lighting protection. All existing conduits and piping associated with related rooftop equipment are to be removed/raised as necessary to accomplish project objectives MBE/WBE/SBE subcontractors & suppliers are encouraged to participate. Payment and Performance Bonds may be required. This campus will be occupied during construction. All bidding subcontractors shall adhere to having all onsite personnel registered with a valid JLA Badge
