The City of Chestermere requires experienced and professional services to provide an asphalt toplift on Township Road 240. The South Link Connector and Township Road 240 project has been ongoing for a period of 3 years, and it is now at a crucial stage where an asphalt toplift is required. This asphalt toplift will ensure the road is in optimal condition and can withstand future years of usage. The Scope includes: Surface Preparation involving cleaning the existing pavement, removing debris or vegetation, repairing any damaged areas, and ensuring proper drainage Asphalt Mix "C" Toplift application Pavement Markings Existing manholes and valves elevation adjustment Asphalt tie-ins to existing roadway Asphalt driveway and existing roads milling tie-ins Concrete curb and gutter replacement (provisional) Side slopes topsoil and hydroseed due to elevations changes (provisional)
