A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This project will construct a taxiway and apron to service a new hangar complex south of the Wichita State University Tech campus. The taxiway will be approximately 400-500 feet in length connecting a new apron to exiting Taxiway A-1. The apron will be sized and positioned to accommodate a yet-to-be a hangar/classroom complex designed by others. The taxiway will be to FAA ADG II criteria. Anticipated modifications will need to occur to the corner of the WSU Tech vehicle entrance to accommodate the ADG II Object Free Area clearance requirements.
