Renovation of a municipal facility in Savannah, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrade existing HVAC system within the Andrew County Courthouse located at 411 Court St. Savannah, Mo 64485. Direct all questions to: Nathan King [Lankford | Fendler + associates] nathank@lankfordfendler.com (816)-221-1411 The contractor shall remove portions of the existing system and replace with new as per attached bid documents. The work shall be in accordance with the following conditions which will be made part of any contract entered into: 1. Obtain all necessary Permits required for Project and all additional documentation required for process. 2. Provide new boiler conversion accessories with associated equipment pads, piping and accessories as specified as to provide hot water system to new coils installed within existing ceiling mounted air handling units. 3. Provide new attic mounted dedicated outdoor air units with remote condensers and associated ductwork and piping as specified. 4. Coordinate installation of tie-ins to all existing systems with Owner. 5. Remove insulation on existing piping for tie-in. Reinsulate to match existing. 6. Remove existing ceiling from project area as required and reinstall upon completion. 7. Provide new circuits to accommodate new electrical requirements
