Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity, to prospective proponents, to submit proposals for the renovation of the existing 95 SM (1025 SF) SMILE plus Children's Dental Clinic located within Machray School, at 320 Mountain Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The SMILE plus Childrens Oral Health program provides a full spectrum of dental services to children enrolled in several elementary schools within the Winnipeg Health Region. A number of Infection Prevention and Control (IP&C) upgrades are required at this particular Clinic. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Minor Demolition New interior doors New interior finishes Millwork Plumbing Electrical In order to expedite the work, the Clinic will be unoccupied for the duration of construction. The space must operational and ready for occupancy by fall 2023.
