Saving Project...

Site work for a road / highway in Brighton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The Work to be completed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to: Paint 56,200 linear feet of 4 road stripe lines, which include double yellow no passing and white fog lines to MDOT standards within Island Lake State Recreation Area. Total 2,200 linear feet of white paint, and 54,000 linear feet of yellow paint. All work must coincide with Michigan Department of Transportation road paint standards, see attached specifications. Contractor must use all means necessary to protect the painted stripes until dry, must mirror the existing road paint design, and meet with Park Management prior to commencing work to review the 56,200 linear feet of road stripes to be re-painted. Mandatory pre-bid open house, if required: None Scheduled. However, it is recommended that potential bidders visit the site to familiarize themselves with existing conditions. Time of Completion: Upon acceptance of the Proposal and Contract by the State, the Contractor agrees to complete all work by the end of the working day: September 30, 2023. The state reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive any defects in bids. Bid Security is not required for this Bid. Performance bond and payment bond are not required for this project unless Bid Amount is greater than $50,000.00
