Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Sanford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Call 811 to locate lines before work begins. Install two(2) new LA500 Lift Master light commercial grade linear actuators, or similar product approved by County staff. Gates shall be powered by a solar kit. Gate entrances to have all safeties and be equipped with one(1) keypad pedestal and (1) Knox Rapid entry key switch. Gate entrances shall be equipped with programmable timers. Existing upper entrance gate frames are to remain. Lower entrance gates are to be removed and new 2" framed barrier gates to be installed. New lower parking gates are to match existing upper parking lot gates. New lower parking lot gates to measure 15' each. Question Time Period -September 19th-September 22nd
