Renovation of a municipal facility in Sanford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 19, 2023, project was awarded to CertaPro Painters, awarded amount is $31,707.74. The project consists of the painting of interior walls and the temporary relocation and replacement of furniture to original layout. Paint should be Richards Interior Satin Wall paint or a paint of equal quality. Pricing for the removal of existing wallpaper, wall preparation and installation of new mid grade commercial paper in the lobby area should also be provided as an option separate and apart from the main painting project Lee County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, any part of a bid and to waive the informalities & technicalities in the bidding procedure.
