The Project entails Demolition of Old Boiler Equipment: Removal, and disposal of a boiler and its related mechanical, electrical, and piping. Patch and repair as required. Contractor must coordinate its work with a scheduled power shutdown, as well as ongoing day-to-day operations of an active school site.
