Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Project entails Demolition of Old Boiler Equipment: Removal, and disposal of a boiler and its related mechanical, electrical, and piping. Patch and repair as required. Contractor must coordinate its work with a scheduled power shutdown, as well as ongoing day-to-day operations of an active school site. Enter the campus from Bascom Ave onto Kingman Ave and park in Parking Lot H. See Campus Map provided in Documents. Please allow sufficient time for travel, parking, etc in order to arrive on time. This project requires Prevailing Wages and is covered by the District's Construction Careers Agreement with the Santa Clara and San Benito Building & Construction Trades Council.
