The City of Citrus Heights General Services Department (City) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from one or more qualified firms to provide On-Call Land Surveying Services for the City of Citrus Heights. The qualified land surveying and/or engineering firms shall demonstrate ability and experience in providing map checking and land surveying services on a fixed rate basis. The services performed under the agreement will be locally funded through our established application and fee process. Firms are encouraged to review our current application policies and procedures at website. The majority of the On-Call Land Surveying tasks will be map reviews and coordination for parcel maps, subdivision maps, plat and legal review for lot line adjustments, SB9 lot splits and/or other miscellaneous Land Surveying services for various Development Projects. The City uses a "Qualifications Based Selection" process to determine the firm(s) with whom to contract. The consultant selection process begins with this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), in response to which interested consulting firms should submit a SOQ. The submitted SOQ's will be evaluated and top consultant team(s) may be requested to attend interviews. The City may use the qualified list to award on-call contracts with multiple qualified firms. The contracted consultant will furnish all labor and materials to perform the following scope of services. The consultant shall perform project management responsibilities including, but not limited to oversight of all consultant project staff, quality assurance/quality control of all deliverables, budget/invoice management, schedule management/updates with City Staff (monthly). Tasks will be sent directly to the Consultant after the application and submittal documents are deemed a complete submittal. Coordination meetings will occur at the kick-off of a new review to discuss schedules and any additional requirements/conditions placed a particular application. The City will work with the selected firm to meet virtually or "as-needed" depending on the project needs to reduce the amount of overhead effort.
