Site work and paving for a civil project in South Texarkana, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of October 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 13, 2023. The scope of work consists of the placement of approximately 2,864 linear feet of 12" sewer main, 168 linear feet of 8" sewer main, 14 linear feet of 6" sewer main, 19 manholes, and all associated appurtenances and sewer service connections. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with state law.
