Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 28, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 23, 2023.** The project generally consists of improvements to Yolanda Drive from Karen Drive to Durham Avenue including but not limited to the replacement of concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter for the installation of Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces; drainage improvements at the Durham Avenue intersection tying into the existing drainage system to the west of the intersection; various other drainage improvements along Yolanda Drive; limited base repair; two (2) inch average depth milling; hot mix asphalt surface course overlay; and reinstallation of the existing traffic striping and all other associated work as contained in the Contract Documents or as ordered by the Township. Project is to be completed in forty-five (45) calendar days after contract award and receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
