Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor, tools and equipment for the Water Plant Expansion including but not limited to one (1) 430,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank, one (1) 30,000-gallon hydropneumatic tank, one (1) 2,200-gallon per minute (gpm) booster pump, install cathodic protection to the existing and proposed welded steel ground storage tanks, remove 12-inch overflow piping on existing ground storage tank and replace with 18-inch piping. Site work, including but not limited to yard piping, sidewalk, site grading, swale grading, drainage, inlet, splashpads. Modifications to water well discharge piping to accommodate inline static mixers. Liquid Ammonia Sulfate (LAS) storage tank and equipment, electrical services, site grading, drainage, yard piping, storm water prevention plan, trench safety system, and all required appurtenances; Complete-in-Place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
