Renovation of a medical facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical clinic.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a medical facility. Renovations of the Auditoriums 1.006 and 2.006 as noted in the design documents. Alternate 1: Renovation of the Banquet Room 5.001 as noted in the design documents. Alternate 2: Renovation of the Auditorium 2.103 as noted in the design documents. Alternate 3: Renovation of Auditorium 2.135 as noted in the design documents. As of July 19, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
