Reference Number 0000252040 Question Acceptance Deadline Jul 21, 2023 02:00 PM EDT Scope includes Fire Separation Repairs as indicated in the solicitation documents for both 11 Station Street in Belleville and 111 Water Street in Cornwall. 1 Work of this Contract comprises of the fire separation upgrades at 11 Station St in Belleville. 2 Generally, scope includes the following: .1 Installation of firestopping at multiple locations in the building. .2 Supply and installation of new fire rated closures for extent indicated .3 Adjusting fire rated door to provide correct minimum clearance. .4 Supply and installation of closing devices as indicated. .5 DSS abatement for extent required. 1 Work of this Contract comprises of the fire separation upgrades at 111 Water St, in Cornwall. 2 Generally, scope includes the following: .1 Installation of firestopping at multiple locations in the building. .2 Supply and installation of new fire rated closures for extent indicated .3 installation of fire dampers as noted. .4 DSS abatement for extent required. Proponents should submit one lump sum for both building but should be ready, upon request, to submit a pricing breakdown by building. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval.
