Renovation of a municipal facility in Belleville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Roof Replacements Various Locations The City requires a replacement for partial roofs located at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre and the Glanmore National Historic Site. Both roof locations provide protection to the interior finishes, furnishings and structures. The work will need to be completed in a manner not to impede the daily operations of the sites and with material producing minimal smells impacting patrons and staff. The safety equipment required for the Water Treatment Plant will be installed to meet respective legislation as it relates to working at heights and fall prevention. The roof at this location has an extensive solar array which will not be damaged or interfered with during any work, resulting in the loss of generating revenue.
