Renovation of a municipal facility in Belleville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this contract is to include the following modifications to the building diesel fuel system in order to achieve TSSA certification for the system and to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes and standards. .1 Installation of RCC fuel containment curbs in the generator room in front of the existing automatic transfer switch and generator room doors. .2 Installation of new overfill prevention valve on main tank fill port .3 Replacement of two (2) ball valves in underground fuel tank sump with new ULC approved shutoff valves. .4 Replacement of two (2) ball valves in generator room with new ULC approved shutoff valves. .5 Removal and replacement of fresh air damper actuator and installation of new damper panel .6 Removal and replacement of existing generator exhaust ductwork and silencer complete with Roxul insulation and aluminum cladding around silencer drain pipe and generator exhaust ductwork .7 Painting and sealing of existing generator room floor. .8 Painting of interior of transition sump with fire rated paint. .9 Painting of all interior and exterior above ground fuel oil piping. .10 Preparation of As-Built Drawings and fuel pump wiring diagram for TSSA.
