GOC417955 - Work of this Contract comprises replacing the aging fire alarm system with one that will have readily available replacement parts, is compliant with the current National Building Code of Canada, Ontario Building Code, CAN/ULC-S524 and Treasury Board policy on the Management of Real Property-Heritage Requirements. The system will be addressable, will ensure the Life Safety of the occupants, Protect the Asset and will be installed to meet the Treasury Board Policy on Conservation of the Heritage Elements of the Building.
