The Vendor shall be required to provide a proposal for geotechnical work to prepare an excess soil management plan and provide deliverables in compliance with O.Reg. 406/19. The proponent shall be the "Qualified Person" as per the regulation. These deliverables may include provision of an Excess Soil Management Plan, Sampling Analysis Plan, Assessment of Past Uses and Soil Condition Report, if required. These deliverables will be used for the future preparation of the final Excess Soil Management Plan for the reconstruction of Murney Street, from Moira Street West to Catherine Street, and Henry Street, from Cedar Street to Murney Street. The project is intended to be tendered for construction in 2022. Question Deadline: Tue Feb 8, 2022 4:30 PM (EST) The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
