Project Cost Estimate: Contract Number 22-4 -General/Mechanical = $745,000 Contract Number 22-5 -Electrical = $150,000 Anticipated Contract Award (contingent upon successfully PENNVEST closing) Date: August 3, 2023 Proposed Start Date: November 1, 2023 Estimated Completion Date: April 29, 2024 The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed; completed and ready for final payment within 210 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
