Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Armada, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of Aug 21, 2023 the project was awarded to Diamond Excavating LLC for $271,825.25. The Project includes the following Work: Removing and replacing existing pavement, underdrain, and sidewalk improvements. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1,590 Syd Pavement Removal 1 LSUM Machine Grading 2,065 Syd Aggregate Base, 8i 445 Ton HMA, 13A 575 Sft Sidwalk, Concrete Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Village of Armada, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
