The Town of Windsor is soliciting proposals from qualified warm-air heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning contractors to provide quarterly preventative maintenance and on-call urgent service. Updated HVAC equipment list: Civic Center Gym, 9291 Old Redwood Hwy. Bldg. 200 two (2) Trane units have been updated to Reznor units and Civic Center Town Hall, 9291 Old Redwood Hwy. Bldg. 400 one (1) Carrier unit has been added. Total Proposal Cost Two-Year Contract (Years 1 and 2 Combined) Questions on this Request for Proposal can be addressed via email or telephone to: Charlie Johnson, Parks and Facilities Superintendent Town of Windsor cjohnson@townofwindsor.com (707) 838-5397 Should addenda be needed, a copy will be sent by email to all invited contractors. All addenda shall become a part of this RFP The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals without qualifications. Proposals will be considered only in their entirety. The Town reserves the right to be the sole judge of the merits of each proposal. The Town also reserves the right to not select a company/contractor. The Town does not commit itself to: (i) awarding a contract, (ii) defraying any costs incurred in preparation of a response or proposal, or (iii) contracting for the Scope of Services.
