Site work and renovation of a religious / funeral development in Roswell, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development; and for site work for a religious / funeral development.
As of October 4, 2023 the prooject has not yet been awarded a timeline for the award was not yet been established The Project Description / Scope of Work for the project is an addition to the existing General Douglas L. McBride Veterans Memorial Pavilion, an open-air pavilion for military veterans' funerals. The project includes clearing and grading, concrete slab, pavers, cmu, metal framing, stone veneer, structural framing, roofing and electrical work as indicated on the drawings and in the project manual. Liquidated damages at $250 per day for incomplete work. Bid Bond, Performance bond and Payment Bond shall be required from the Prime Contractor. The City of Roswell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities. Bids shall be good for 60 days following the opening of bids and may not be withdrawn without forfeiture of bid bond.
