Bridge Replacement Project A Unit Price Contract Scope of Work: The project consists of removal of existing failed 3-60 culvert low water crossing and replacement with a double 10 x10 CBC bridge low water crossing. This will require dewatering, excavation, concrete box construction, base course, hot mix pavement, guardrail, traffic control and other related construction to complete the Project A pre-bid meeting will not be held, therefore, any/all questions will be received via email by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023. The failure or omission of any Bidder to receive or examine any form, instrument, addendum, or other document or to visit the site and acquaint himself with conditions there existing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from obligations with respect to his bid or the Contract. The submission of a bid shall be taken as prima facie evidence of compliance with this section. All bids received are subject to approval of the City Council at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
