Small Craft Harbours (SCH) branch of Department Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for a the supply and installation of new filter rock, riprap and filter cloth for a new rock berm. The new rock berm is approximate 152 linear meter in length located along the northeastern edge of Steveston island (Shady island) with marine access only. All in water work, undertakings and activities must be conducted during the least risk to fish work window unless otherwise specified by DFO: Fraser River Estuary (from mouth upstream to Oak Street Bridge and the George Massey Tunnel) between July 16 of any given year and February 28. The work must be completed by September 15th , 2024.
