Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boone, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will include the demolition of an existing softball stadium, gravel parking lot, and an existing PEMB indoor football practice facility. The new indoor practice facility will include a full size playing field, ceiling height to accommodate kick-off practice, camera viewing platform, 10,000 sqft of PT clinic space, toilet rooms, support/storage space, and ancillary parking.
