Delivery: 90 Days After Award Period of Performance: 08/01/2023 to 11/01/2023 0001 Repairs to the Cooling tower at the Flagstaff Lab. Installation of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and repairs to compressors at the Flagstaff Greenhouse IAW: This Solicitation containing the Statement of Work, and all applicable documentation included. Technical Questions Aaron Wurster Contracting Officers Representative aaron.wurster@usda.gov C.1 SCOPE OF CONTRACT This project involves various repairs and preventive maintenance on the Flagstaff Lab and Greenhouse Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Building Management System (BMS) system. C.2 PROJECT LOCATON The Flagstaff Lab is located at 2500 S Pine Knoll Dr, Flagstaff, AZ 86011 & the Greenhouse is located at 1800 S. Lone Tree Rd. Onsite facilities personnel will be able to direct the contractor to the specific components requiring repair. C.3 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Between $and $50,000 - $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
