Renovation of a fire / police facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Furnish labor and materials to patch & paint approximately 6000 Sq feet of office walls, hallways walls, and 30 door frames. In addition, replace approximately 2000 Sq feet of 2' X 2' ceiling tiles. Include the following: Labor cost Parts and materials fee list (estimate cost) We are aware parts and supplies may increase due to sourcing and supply chain delays Building maintenance requiring patch & paint of walls and ceiling tiles replacement as needed. All bids remain valid for 45 calendar days after the date to submit quotes. This sourcing event is subject to the City's general terms and conditions which can be found at electronically and specific terms and conditions. Submittal of any contrary terms and conditions may cause your bid to be rejected. By submitting a bid, bidder agrees that contrary terms and conditions which may be included in its bid are nullified; and agrees that this purchase order shall be construed in accordance with this sourcing event and governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
