Furnishing material and performing the labor for the execution of the above mentioned project for General Contract. The Base Bid Project includes the renovation of the existing City of Sunbury Municipal Building first floor and minor engineering work in the basement, (9 E. Granville Street, Sunbury OH 43074) as well as the renovation of the existing building located at 220 N. Columbus Street, Sunbury OH 43074 to become the new location for the Sunbury Police Department. All requests for interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents must be received at least six days prior to the bid opening for consideration.
