Reference Number 0000252269 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/07/24 03:00:00 PM EDT The work includes, but is not limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment to perform the following tasks: Remove approximately 1,000 m3 of boulder and granular material Dispose of the excavated material offsite at an approved disposal facility Restore the access and staging areas to their original condition or better Major construction elements involved in the project include excavation of large boulder and stone material from Recreation Bay with the use of a barge(s) and site restoration work, all while ensuring the protection of the sensitive aquatic and terrestrial habitats present on the site. Interested contractors are required to complete a qualification form as part of the tender process. Preference will be given to local contractors or contractors that partner with local sub-contractors, have previous experience working within Indigenous communities and have conducted works similar in nature to the works outlined above.
