**As of August 14, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $334,404.50** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes milling and repaving of 2 tennis courts including color coating; conversion and expansion of 2 basketball courts into 6 pickleball courts including color coating; crack repair and color coating to 4 pickleball courts; and concrete curb, fencing, nets/posts, tree clearing and surface restoration; as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Township of Ocean for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount,
