The sewer portion includes 946 linear feet of 8" SDR 26 (PS115) PVC sanitary sewer pipe and all incidental work as indicated on the plans. Along with Bell Manor Units 1-5 and Forest Ridge No. 2 Addition in the City of Bedford. The water portion consists of the installation of approximately 10 linear feet of 20" AWWA (DR)-18, C905 PVC water pipe, 109 linear feet of 12" AWWA DR-(18), C900 PVC water pipe, 11,171 linear feet of 8" AWWA (DR)-18, C900 PVC water pipe, 866 linear feet of 6" AWWA (DR)-18, C900 PVC water pipe, 11 linear feet of 4" AWWA (DR)-18, C900 PVC water pipe. The sewer portion includes 110 linear feet of 6" SDR 26 (PS115) PVC sanitary sewer pipe by open cut, 2,448 linear feet of 8" SDR 26 (PS115) PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 28 linear feet 6" AAWA C900, (DR-18) PVC sanitary sewer pipe by open cut, and all incidental work as indicated on the plans A cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City of Bedford, Texas in the amount of not less than 5% of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid.
